Our guides are digital downloads that you receive the moment you pay, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

When we will fix it or refund you

• The file will not download, will not open, or is damaged, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Write to support@floodcheck.shop within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. We usually answer within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller; your bank may take a few days to show it.

Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, may also handle refunds and payment disputes under its own policies.
